  1. These types of stories are always interesting. A great scientist hard at work figuring out the best way to aid the animal/human life and making all sorts of tests and experiments to prove their theories and make them work. I'm so glad someone is looking out for these wee little sea turtles but at the same time I have to wonder; wouldnt they just be fine on their own? I mean sea turtles have been adapting to the ocean and their lives for hundreds of years without technology. Sure not all of them make it but a majority do. It's just the way nature takes its course. So sometimes I don't get why the science force makes such a big fuss about whether or not turtles will swim in the right direction. At the end of the day some will vear off the course and others will be successful in their migration but there will still be turtles. Other than that the way they are teaching them is really neat and it shows how much our technology has improved in just the past decade.

  3. I find sea turtles so intresting since they are a rare creature to cmoe across. The sientists that are working to find out things by making test and experiments to find things out about the turtles. I think that they would be fine on their own, but only if they were left alone by things that harm them. I agree with Alyssa when she says that they have been ding fine without help from scientisit but they are also becoming more rare to come across no and need help to stay safe from predators. Scientist knowing how to teach sea turtles how/which way to swim is neat and intersting because you would never think that they would know how to do that. Then again you will never know what scientist are capable of.

  4. Sea turtles are interesting animals that live in the water. I do see the point that scientists and people should let the sea turtles be on their own because they know how to live. I also believe that many sea turtles do need help because of what the enviornment is turning into. I dont think that sceintists need to teach the turtles how to swim and do stuff that they are capable of doing on their own. Scientists need to help the ones who are in need of it and let the other healthy sea tutrles be on their own. Turtles have been able to survive on their own before so why not now. Not every turtle needs the guide of a scientist. I love sea turtles and think they are so intersting espically hoe they lay their eggs but i believe that not all of them need to guidance that they are getting.
